Where to stay: Tuscan Coast: Così, Com’è

While Tuscany is often associated with Florence and the rolling hills of Chianti Classico, there is a beautiful coastline to discover full of hidden corners where you can really get off the beaten tourist track and experience an authentic side of Italy.

Quercianella is a small town in the province of Livorno in between Livorno and Castiglioncello and we found a truly exceptional vacation house.

Così Com’è is good for

• Groups of friends

• Those who want to get off the beaten track on the Tuscan Coast and have a peaceful oasis
• Epic seaside parties

The garden sets it off from the road and brings the whole house closer to the cliffside where you can follow your own private stone staircase straight into the water.

This is where the stair leads!

There is a bottom sun lounger terrace, a middle terrace with trees and an outdoor bar with access to the kitchen and rec room.

On the driveway level is the living room, five bedrooms with ample light and views onto the garden (4 bedrooms). Two bedrooms have their own bathroom and there is a shared bathroom at the end of the hall.

The sea-facing bedroom has its own private terrace that looks over the trees of the middle terrace.

And up the spiral stair the entire roof offers a view over the sea and the Tuscan coastline.

Hidden behind the garden, this house is a true oasis. It’s just you … and the sea. Così Com’è… that’s how it is!
